Merging Nadia's practice as a painter and Laila's use of food as a medium to create unique convivial experiences around the world, the duo conceived the concept in 2020 with the intention of bringing magic to everyday moments. Gohar World is a tableware universe which celebrates time, tradition, craft, and humor. Rather than setting the table, Gohar dresses the table. Both fanciful and functional, their surrealist home objects are future heirlooms designed in New York and made by family-run ateliers.
