The Phillies have an abundance of pitching talent on their roster and in the minor league ranks. One of those is Mick Abel who recently was called up to the majors and impressed in his early starts for the Phillies. But with the abundance of talent the Phillies already have should the Phillies consider trying to get value for the young pitcher?

Yesterday, the Phillies fell to the Miami Marlins 8-3. But that wasn't the main headlines to come out of the Phillies as Rob Thomson made the controversial decision to bench Nick Castellanos yesterday. Thomson cited an 'inappropriate comment' as the reason why. The midday show are looking into what was possibly said and which side your on in this situation, Castellanos or Thomson?

The midday show want nothing to do with that attitude in the Sixers and want to steer clear of the Rutgers guard in the draft. Plus, looking over WIP Afternoon Show host Ike Reese's Top 11 list and certain cop out he may have made.

It is still Top 11 week on the afternoon show! And, with that the first part of Ike, Spike and Fritz revealed there list yesterday as Ike Reese gave his yesterday afternoon. But the WIP Midday Show believed Ike copped out by giving the entire Eagles Offensive Line there own number! Do you think this was a cop out answer too?

It recently came out that Sixers draft prospect Ace Bailey initially declined the opportunity to have a pre draft workout with the Sixers! Reportedly Bailey wants to be the headliner on a team without a star player. Joe does not like the sound of that and urges the Sixers to stay away from drafting the former Rutgers University guard!

The Philadelphia Phillies coming into the season were billed as a star studded roster with oodles of talent up and down the roster! Yet there are currently no Phillies set to start the All-Star game as of right with Trea Turner being the closest to a starting position! Do any Phillies deserve to start in the MLB All-Star Game?
