Aaron has a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. After graduating, he worked at the Ritz Carlton in San Francisco. While working there, found a mentor, in the sales department. The wife of his mentor started up a Real Estate Brokerage in 2007 and she wanted to recruit agents who had no experience in Real Estate, as she didn't want to bring bad habits to the table.
