    In honor of Mother's Day this Sunday, I'm picking Lorrie's brain on the ever-important topic of raising healthy kids!  She shares how it's possible to "not do picky" in your house as well as a fun activity for older kids who are ready to take some ownership of their diets.  Happy Mother's Day to all our mamas! Crust: 2 cups shredded coconut Optional (1/4 cup almond meal, almonds or walnuts) 1/4 cup raw cacao powder scant 1/2 cup dates     Blend in blender or food process until crumbly, press into the bottom of a pie pan or cheesecake pan.  Filling: 1 can full fat coconut milk 1/2 cup raw cacao powder 1/2 cup dates *Double or triple if using cheesecake pan.       Blend in a blender until smooth; pour into pan.  Refrigerate until set.  How are you helping your kids take ownershi
