We're a day late and a man down, and we're sorry, but not really. In an attempt to make the quality of our audio better we ended up making it worse. Instead of uploading an episode none of us were happy with, Joseph and Mitch recorded a replacenment episode, and it's pretty good if we do say so ourselves. It's a little shorter than usual, but as your girlfriend says, length isn't important.This week, we talk about SEMA. The Kia Stinger GT is once again a topic of conversation, we talk about the fantastically interesting Ford Performance Focus RS Drift Stick, and Koenigsegg's world record for the fastest top speed of a production car. We couldn't start this week without first talking about the Tokyo Motor Show. We discuss the Sports EV and Urban EV concepts from Honda, the BRZ STI and briefly the S208 WRX STI, the cool new Volkswagen Up! GTI, and the 10th Anniversary edition of the Lexus RC-F. We briefly talk about the blue Stinger GT we checked out in a Kia dealership after the podcast last week, which neatly transitions into a tangent. We talk about Yokohama reviving their HF type D from the 1980's specifically for older vehicles with smaller wheels which are harder to find tyres for. We then discuss the possibility of the Nissan Titan being converted to RHD and may be sold in Australia. We play the fan favourite 'What About This Car', which suprisingly all agree is a cool car... Which spurs an argument about the Panda car craze. Then Joseph introduces a new topic, which should continue to be a fun one.Like us on 

It's a good one this week. We discuss a bit of news from Toyota and Honda, we talk about the end of manufacturing in Australia with the closure of the Holden factory after Toyota and Ford whom have already closed their doors. Due to popular demand, we revive Matt's "What about this car?" segment, and also give some truly excellent consumer advice to a listener! There is of course the usual banter between us three, and it should go without saying, but there are many a tangent had this week. This is the World Time Attack Challenge 2017 Special! Better late than never! This week, we talk about our recent weekend down in Sydney, where we visited the Gosford Classic Car Musem and World Time Attack Challenge 2017. This was Joseph's and Mitch's third time attending WTAC, however this visit popped Matt's and Michael Trew's WTAC cherry, and they got hooked. Between record breaking laps, rare and historic cars on display and the track, and the StylizeD Show n Shine event, and evening drifting competition, it's an awesome day out. With World Time Attack Challenge in 4 days, we're getting pretty excited. But, to start this week's episode, we talk about the Koenigsegg Agera RS' domination of the Bugatti Chiron with their Zero-to-400KPH-to-Zero record. We then transition to Hyundai and discuss their new i30 N, and the 'N Customised' parts which will debut with Hyundai Germany. Hyundai Australia has shown interest in the range, however still no word on when we'll see the bits and pieces here. We then debate the legitamacy of factory-fitted aftermarket options, Joseph brings up the Tickford air-intake option for the EcoBoost Ford Mustang, then Joseph and Mitch argue about paint protection. Toyota has released images of their new 86 concept the 'GR HV Sports Concept' which looks like a parts-bin car, however it does have some interesting parts. Particularly the H-pattern automatic shifter and jet-fighter inspired start/stop on top of the gear shifter, and hybrid power train. Joseph and Matt then discuss the differe

It's absolute insainity this week, very little coherence to be found here! However, if you came to us for anything other than drunken sillyness, that's really your problem!This week the news is electric! We discuss Toyota, Mazda and Denso's partnership to standardise electric vehicles. Dyson (yes, the vacuum company) is working on an electric vehicle due for release in 2020, and rumours have it that it may not be a "traditional" vehicle. Polestar's close partnership with swedish car brand Volvo ends, but they'll still be offering performance parts for Volvo vehicles through Volvo dealerships. We talk about Subaru's limited and special edition Japan-only WRX STI S208. Fiat has a fancy limited edition Alfa 4C-engined 500, and Porsche smash the Nurburgring record for a road-legal production vehicle with their 2018 911 GT2 RS lovingly known as 'The Widowmaker'; beating the Lamborghini Huracan Performante by almost 5 seconds, and Porsche's own 918 Spyder

We didn't think we'd have much to talk about this week, as it has been a rather slow news week... But... Us being us, we managed to tanget off tangets and go a full hour. It's a skill, really. This week Joseph asks the question "Why are we so obsessed with power?" which develops into an interesting debate, with many tangets. We talk about the Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio Verde, which me and Matt saw on the way to record the podcast. This car gave the two of us goosebumps as we heard it play the sound of its people. We compare it to the base model and the mid-range Veloce, then Matt and Joseph make a bet. Joseph then starts a new segment, in which we'll be mentioning new under-appreciated YouTube channels. It's Shit Beer Week! We think the shit beer did something to us, not only were we off the rails, the rails were absolutely nowhere to be seen! Off the rails, and off our chops it would seem!We argue a lot this week, more than usual believe it or not (blame the shit beer). We argue about the new BMW M8 GTE and somehow tangent on to the Honda S660... Mitch loses his mind over the Mercedes AMG Project One, which again turns into an argument. Joseph talks about the new Hyundai Genesis G70 sedan, which we all think looks spectacular (spoiler alert). We marvel at the Bugatti Chiron's Zero to 400 to Zero world record, we talk about the update to the Subaru Impreza and we fall in love with the new pocket-rocket Suzuki Swift Sport.Before we end, we talk about how we will be attending Wolrd Time Attack Challenge, which is under a month away. Somehow we managed to keep it under an hour this week, but we still managed to cram in some good stuff. This week we talk about Australian cars, and whether or not they will appreciate in value since Australian car manufacturing has sadly come to an end. We take a topic idea from Mitch's dad, what are the worst car names? We bring up some classic examples of car names where you ask yourself 'what were they thinking!?'', but there are plenty we didn't have time to talk about too.
