Alison has been working for a while to integrate and balance her male energy. She's come out of difficult relationships through divorce. But life has given her the perspective that male energy, left to its own devices, is self-destructive. She needs to correct this view, in order to take her business to the next level.

A death wish in a dream is much worse than a cancer symbol. As long as you don't have a death wish, your body will fight the cancer. But as soon as you say, "I give up!", your subconscious mind will tell your body to stop fighting the cancer. That's when you're in trouble!
