Raising your vibration improves channeling accuracy by making it easier for you to connect with your guides. It also makes it harder for non-guides to connect with you, because they can't raise their vibration much higher than the fear state.

Your job is not to make other people happy by your actions. Your job is to pursue your purpose in life. If you want to do something about George Floyd's murder, don't make decisions in a state of anger. Being angry pulls your energy down - pulls your vibration down. You want to keep your vibration as high as you can at all times in your life and make your decisions in that state. Follow your heart. Find out what you want to do when you're in that positive state and then pursue that.

Re: Your dream of making the cheer team. Your skill is in influencing others to pursue their goals. You raise their energy. You don’t allow them get deflated. I wouldn't be surprised to see other dreams that show you have spiritual leadership skills where you work with groups of people.
