02/04/2018 Duration: 01h02minIn Episode 27. we're exploring if we can really achieve a sustainable world. What does that really mean? This is a vision of our planet where humans live in nature in a way that meets human needs but does not degrade the Earth's natural systems. As we move into a new millennium, if we can actually transition from a world of human devastation to instead focus on a period of being present to the planet in a mutually beneficial manner, then we could change the world all the faster! Our guest, Deborah Stern, is Founder of 2020 Strategie and is a lover of Mother Earth, a pragmatic visionary, and a humanitarian. She is focused on achieving a sustainable world, with the first step being to leverage technologies we already have and make climate change the first thing that we focus on. 11/03/2018 Duration: 40minIn another fantastic episode of the Disrupt Now podcast, Natalie gets to sit down with the amazing Shira Adler (again)! This time discussing Shira's newly released book called The ABC's of CBD. This is a topic we actually should learn about in health class when we're just kids, but that's not the case... yet! (Did you catch Shira's first episode with us #11 called The Metaphysical Mrs. Fields of Healing? If not, definitely go give it a listen here). There are some key learnings to take away from Shira's book and she will go deep with us on this topic. Did you know that... CBD does not have THC so you don't get high? CBD is not Hemp Oil? We have CBD receptors all over our body and have an Endocannabinoid System? There's a lot of little nuances and important details to educate yourself on in general as the cannabis movement is imperative to alternative healing. Shira is THE woman to speak and share this truth as a metaphysical healer and activist! We're so thankful to have her share this book with us! WE MADE

Ep. 24, We Explore the Concept of the New Male Warrior
22/01/2018 Duration: 01h03minTry this exercise before you listen to this episode. Go to Google and go to images, type in the word “warrior” and see what comes up. In this episode, we're looking to find solutions around how the masculine and feminine can find balance today. Our special guest, Mark Viglione, husband/business partners of the host, Natalie Viglione, went on this journey in the internet land. You’ll see a bunch of images of beast-like men that are wielding swords. There may be one or two images of women squished in there is a type of “battle dress” (of course, insanely sexy battle clothing), but it’s predominantly just a lot of imagery of men. A silent battle we face is around discrimination for the sake of misconceptions and misunderstanding of what feminine energy and masculine energy means. We're battling for the status quo and it turns into a battle of wisdom versus ignorance. We explore this topic of what The New Male Warrior means! Thank you for being a subscriber! 10/12/2017 Duration: 51minSociety has a lack of education as it relates to chiropractic care (holistic, neurologically-based chiropractic care more specifically), and we can all agree that our health "care" system is more than BROKEN (we like to call it our "health-don't-care" system). How can we take our power back? How do we stop being victims of our own health and what we think is inevitable? How do we PREVENT disease and be proactive versus reactive? What are myths we're told to keep us "down" from asking too many questions of our general health system and practitioners? Host, Natalie Viglione, has a special guest Dr. Grant Lisetor (or Dr. Grant for short), on episode 23 of the Disrupt Now podcast to talk more in-depth about these topics and more. Dr. Grant is the owner of a holistic, neurologically-based chiropractic care office in Charlotte, NC with his wife, Samantha. He received his doctorate from Life University, the largest and most advanced chiropractic school in the world, and he and his wife moved from Georgia in 2014 to

How well do you communicate that? Are you open? Are you authentic? Telling your proper story and understanding what your story means can help you uncover and define what your purpose is, so storytelling really is an imperative skill in life and in business. Ep. 15, Challenging Gender Rules & "Norms" with Guest Andrea Mejia of Team Gu
18/08/2017 Duration: 42minWe discuss disrupting the way we think about gender norms and gender rules, and by changing our thinking, how this can change the way the world functions. The ways in which some think about gender roles, develop gender rules to try to define what “normal” is, is outdated and frankly depressing. We need to empower anyone’s potential, not push them or shape them into things they are not or do not want to become. Ideas about gender rules and gender norms can shape destiny, and it starts when we’re young. That’s when we are most susceptible to these views, as children. Today’s “woman” and “man” doesn’t need to fit into a predefined construct anymore. A “man” is not required to be the “alpha” anymore and the “woman” is not required to be the “order taker," the secretary or just a housewife any longer either. We can build partnerships in any way that we desire today where we can take away what is feminine or masculine and just be a human. The truth is, culture and where an individual grows up in and lives does pla

He manages the organization’s communications activities, including advertising, public relations, internal communications and publications. Steve has worked in the marketing communications field for most of his career, and has volunteered or worked for several animal protection organizations in the past. The Mayor's Alliance for NYC's Animals certainly disrupted the typical model for how animals were being handled in the shelters all over the NYC region. The truth is, the majority of animals were being euthanized because of an ineffective model, but this organization came in and said NOT ANYMORE! They have saved over 300,000 lives since 2003 alone! How awesome is that?! It's not surprising that Steve's beliefs are such that simply one’s power to disrupt – or to move forward in any capacity – is to try to tap
