  • Ep. 47, Mining for Diamonds in Your Life

    12/12/2019 Duration: 39min

In this episode, we discuss some facts around moments that make us go “WTF?!”  Let's face it, life smacks us in the face, people. And then we have some decisions to make.  Do we go into that fire and then choose to be taken out by it? Do we become victims and go down a dark path?  Sure, maybe at first.  Cry, scream, FEEL IT. Feel it all.  But then after that moment, we have the opportunity to DECIDE to allow ourselves to look at this "smack you in the face moment" and go mining for diamonds.  What does that mean? It means to look for the glistening opportunities and discovering the “diamonds” (aka opportunities) that are shining within the chaos. Trust us, diamonds exist in every chaotic/smack-you-in-the-face moment.  You just have to believe in that and move forward with POWER.  We'll give you some tips on HOW to do that.  ABOUT: Natalie Viglione’s organization is all about Life & Business Guidance, with a hint of self-discovery education through the Smart Start Series. Disrupt Now is all about guidance

  • Ep. 46, Why Cannabis Has Gotten a Bad Rap and What We Can Do About It

    05/11/2019 Duration: 01h46s

The world of cannabis has gotten a bad rap. There seems to be way too much information running loose "out there" and it's getting harder to discern fact from fiction, whether a particular CBD-oil, for example, is healthy or not healthy, etc. There's a dark side around health products, in general, today with misinformation, misleading data around the quality of ingredients, and more. In this episode, we talk to two cannabis experts, Andrew Conrad and Jerod Martin, both a part of E5 Chem (you'll learn more about their company in the episode!) and they're changing the game around manufacturing cannabis so we'll get into:  WHY cannabis has gotten a bad rap (and what we can do about it)  That the time is NOW to start disrupting the industry as it has to be done right for the end-user (the customer)  Why there needs to be a focus on HEALTH and not “get rich quick” schemes that far too many companies are focusing on The fact that finding quality and trusting companies is imperative because regulation is coming

  • Ep. 45, The Path of Least Resistance Isn’t All It’s Cracked Up To Be

    12/10/2019 Duration: 42min

Join us in this episode where Hosts, Natalie Viglione and Diane McDermott have a fabulous conversation with the mystery man, Anonymous Al, about the path of least resistance, the dangers of unconsciousness, and how morality is often a missing ingredient in the world today… BUT it doesn’t have to be! (Anonymous Al has his reasons to be a mystery man…as you will hear more about in later episodes.) A life lived down the path of least resistance may seem easier or more familiar, but there’s a shadow side to it.  Have you noticed that there seems to be a lack of morality and a sacrifice of humanity for the sake of profit?  Have you noticed that “easy” is all well and good until LIFE happens then we’re shoved off a cliff into the unknown?  Have you recognized that there’s a lot of conversation around the “collective consciousness”?  When “life happens” it could be wrapped in a divorce, the death of a loved one, loss of a “secure” job, and then we have to assess where we’re at! It’s in that phase of assessment all

  • Ep. 44, Diane McDermott, Moving Through and Beyond Trauma

    15/09/2019 Duration: 53min

Trauma catches us by surprise. Rarely do we plan for the events that can cause us great pain. Being a badass can mean that you push beyond trauma without being connected to the outcome of what happens to the person (or persons) who may have caused that trauma. The power of letting go to move beyond is a courageous place to reside. In this episode, we dive into Diane McDermott's story and her ability to move into a space of power that has helped her to move beyond the trauma that she faced in March of 2019. Her story is an amazing example of the power that we hold in the ability to CHOOSE and the art of ALLOWING to feel and dive into the depths of our emotions and then move beyond to grow and evolve.   ABOUT: Natalie Viglione’s organization is all about Life & Business Guidance, with a hint of self-discovery education through the Smart Start Series. Disrupt Now is all about guidance for solopreneurs or those aspiring to become entrepreneurs. Getting men and women UNstuck and learn how to create from the ba

    12/08/2019 Duration: 46min

The Surprising Truth About Work-Life Balance... We TRY to find "balance”, but the truth is, that's BS!!! • Ep. 37, Explore Your Passions to Ignite the Fire Inside!

    04/04/2019 Duration: 15min

In this short episode, I will introduce the topic of passion and am setting up the next couple of episodes upcoming. By exploring what passion means, this can allow us to stoke that fire within! Passion is a FEELING, it’s something that makes you feel SO ALIVE you get chills up and down your body and you LIGHT up… but from within.  What I’ve seen is that a lot of people don’t realize their true passions, or they do but then quickly shove them back inside of themselves because it isn’t something they “should do” (societal status quo relentlessly suppressing them), or it's something that doesn't make a profit (right now). By doing self-discovery work to understand what this desire really means, this will give your soul permission to open up that path and see what’s POSSIBLE! It’s what I help my clients do... uncovering PURPOSE! These next two episodes being released on my podcast are with two arena football players from the Carolina Energy arena football team and we dive into this topic -- PASSION! I have playe

ALLOWING: that word is a powerful word and it's a very powerful action. We explore all facets around the act and art of allowing... This episode's featured special guest is Diane McDermott. Her hard shove by the universe to bring Pink Mentor Network to life in a BIG way (versus just a side hustle for quite a while) is a motivational story, and what she is doing in Charlotte, NC is helping women get access to mentorship in a new way. 20/05/2018 Duration: 46min

In episode 29, we focus on LOVE and we deep-dive into a few topics, but the main focus is looking at the status quo as it relates to love – love in the family way, but not the "family" in the traditional sense. Traditional is there must be man, woman, child or children. Well, let's be real here, the "family unit" is changing today and the way we look at who is considered "family" needs to change drastically to mirror what is actually happening in society. It's about time we fight that status quo on that topic!  You get the opportunity to meet two of my favorite people in Charlotte that I’m grateful for being able to get to know, Peter Anthonii Carey and his partner in life and business, Joshua (or Josh) Anglero.  WANT TO WATCH US LIVE IN THE STUDIO? And, an even larger issue, you can tell when company leaders are focused on profit ONLY, not the art of serving the people that pay for their services or products. How did we get so flipped in what's important? We each 100% hold the power to change, to heal, to do amazing things in this world, and this power does come from within! We'll explore her journey, the art of healing our bodies, being a mother and owning a business in today's world.    Thank you for being a subscriber! Please
