The Betoota Boys Errol and Clancy called in – they are the writers behind The Betoota Advocate which is an Aussie satirical news website. One of Lachlan’s friends came over yesterday to Shaun’s house with a gigantic pizza, he said his mum has only been feeding him veggies and fruit since coming back from Leavers so he had to escape the healthiness and indulge at Shauny’s house. Comedian Kitty Flanagan called in as she’s on Have you been paying attention tonight! She told the guys about the hectic schedule and how she prepares for the show. A man abseiling in NSW was stung by a bee as he was descending a cliff face, he had to be rescued after he was severely injured. NNS spoke to people who had been stung at the worst time. Dave couldn’t do much about his bee sting and John really did himself over after a bee flew into his helmet.  And Nat had a great start to the day…not! NNS are still no closer to getting Calista Flockhart back – the 2D member of the team! There were a few leads throughout the morning and it all ended badly with dear Calista losing a part of her body… A video filmed in the US showed a wild buck doing it with a deer statue in a family’s backyard. The large deer scopes its surroundings before mounting the statue…much to its dismay the head of the statue falls off leaving the animal terrified. Home and Away is nearly wrapping up for the year and there’s no better way to celebrate other than speaking with Ray Meagher AKA Alf Stewart. He’s been on the show for 32 years and reckons he’s enjoyed 90% of it. Wildcat Mitch Norton called in from Cairns as the team prepare to take on the Taipans on Saturday night. He’s not seen any snakes yet and is stoked to have a two day break! The greatest show man came in and that’s the one and only Hans from Germany. He treated NNS to a Kylie Minogue rendition on his accordion and was dressed in a really fabulous outfit. Clint Nolan is the owner of Joe’s Juice Joint which was named as the number one Dive Bar in the WORLD. He’s super proud about his achievement also taking home the title of best/worst toilets in Perth… And the guys were at the WACA yesterday filming with the Perth Scorchers when Nathan caught the cricket ball the first time but unfortunately nobody saw him do it. An article in The West Australian said you start falling apart after you’ve hit 40. The guys spoke to people who are falling apart even earlier than 40. Penny is still aching from the weekend and Marie was given a price list for cosmetic surgery. Lisa from The Veronica’s had to make a very awkward dash to the shops to buys 10 bottles of lube so she could fit in her latex outfit. NNS heard from people who had to explain their purchases. Liam Bartlett is a free man again – after he managed to escape Kiribati. He joined the guys this morning and walked them through his ordeal. Comedian Urzila Carlson also called in, she’s making her way to Perth next year with her latest show called ‘Token African’. The hottest couple in Australia Angie and Carlin called in after the finale of The Bachelorette last night. NNS couldn’t help but mention poor Timm who was dumped and whether Angie kept the ring he gave her! Massive news this morning Calista Flockhart is MISSING! (not the real one of course) but this Calista is a valued member of the team. An Instagram account has been created and now the hunt is on to find the culprit. The one and only Matt Preston joined the guys this morning to talk about his new veggie book called ‘More’. He’s been busy galivanting the coast of Portugal and cooking up a storm in the kitchen. He gave Nat some tips on the best Brussel sprout recipes and how to make carrots taste super sweet! A girl in France gave birth in the middle of the dance floor so NNS wanted to hear from women and their labour stories. Jess went in to labour while collecting furniture and both of Barb’s kids were born in very unusual spots. And Wildcat Mitch Norton came in studio and didn’t realise he’d be cutting hair today for Hairy Snipmas! NNS spoke to people who had to go and tell their neighbours something after Michelle called up yesterday and told the story of how her hubby was lawn mowing when a rock flicked up and smashed their neighbour’s car window. Lucy had to tell her neighbours to cover up and Ben thought his son was doing a great job with his chores until he looked on his neighbours roof. The two sisters from Perth talked about the dangers of social media, their recent trip to America and a few book signings they have in the pipe line. American actor and filmmaker Paul Feig chatted to the guys about the new favourite Christmas movie which is out in cinemas today ‘Last Christmas’. He typically wears a three-piece suit on set and the movie’s soundtrack is great all thanks to the legend George Michael.  A man has had his body fluid put into a ring for his wife so she can have more children later in life. NNS heard from people who had did an unusual custom job. Dave had to put fake lawn around a grave and Tahlia had to put a snorkel on a Corolla car.  And Deb and Andy called in from The Block they have been together for 28 years and are used to a full house. AFL great now turned author Nic Naitanui joined the guys this morning to talk about his new kid’s book. He also discussed his trip to Kenya, his footy career and what’s next for the big man. A reporter landed himself in hot water yesterday after he pushed the daughter of the winning horse out the way to speak to his son instead. NNS heard from unfortunate girls! Megan’s brother got to drive a car way before her, even though he was younger and Danielle and her sister could only put the basil leaves in the bottles during her family’s tradition. They say it’s causing heavy congestion on their street and rats are everywhere!
