One Entrepreneur's Business Failure Leads to Breakthrough Success - StS017

His company was over-leveraged and he had to layoff employees over several months, then shut down and fire his remaining employees two weeks before Christmas. She was Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase in 2013 when she began to evaluate her life and what she wanted to do. At the same time, she was increasingly less enthusiastic about her work and her health was suffering due to the stress. She refocused her efforts on her career development, continuing to work full time while she began to build her coaching and mentoring business on the side.
