    Wendi Irlbeck is a sports nutritionist currently working for the United Dairy Industry of Michigan. She has a Master's degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where she also completed her dietetic internship. As a health and nutrition professional she prides herself in promoting evidence based nutrition and fitness principles to help those lost in the plethora of misinformation. When she was an athlete, Wendi and learned the valuable role nutrition plays in performance from firsthand experience.
