This week on Random Assault, Richard "Danger" Colina joins us to gush about all things Shovel Knight! This was basically GOING to be the Shovel Knight Minor Assault, but instead it's just a normal episode, stuffed to the gills with 8-bit love!

Wow. Umm... it's not that this episode is bad, we don't run out of steam until the 3rd smegment, but I just can't remember what we talked about on this one. Like, the entire episode was just purged from my memory immediately after we finished recording. It's called "catfood" because we talk about a bunch of stuff we'd already gone over, and if you don't know why we call that catfood, go read the wiki. But yeah, this is one off-kilter episode.

This week, Josh "the Krampus" joins us to discuss the stupidity of Scotch-tape selfies, the horrors of working retail in an electronics department or store, indie games, and gaming injuries! We also go over the second half of Burial at Sea, which sparks a rather interesting discussion on patches and DLC.

This week, Mitch is now officially a man. He has killed something. Also, he and Matt talk about Typing of the Dead: Overkill, which is AWESOME. Alex gushes about Tower of Guns (and there's an interview in there as well).
