Daniel has just published his first book The Little Candle. It is a childrens book with a strong message. I will be talking to Daniel about his book, and also what led him to write it.

The team will be looking at the 2012 Election and other topical news items. As always we will be exploring these itemsfrom a legal perspective.

This week the team will be joined by attorney Peter Haven, author Sam Moffie, and security specialist John Perry. There is much to talk about, as the 2012 election looms large, the stupidity increases exponentially. We will also be looking at the events that unfolded in Aurora Co on Friday morning.

It has hardly been a great week for Mitt Romney, booed by the NAACP, whipped by a CNN reporter, and those pesky SEC filings that have become a real Bain in the butt!

This week the team will be looking at several high profile legal issues.

The Supreme Court has been in the news this week because of the Obamacare ruling. We want to take a look at the Supremes, not so much in relation to the Obamacare ruling, but the court in general. These are 'non political' positions, yet hugely political in action. Also joining the discussion will be attorney Peter Haven, and retired IRS agent Wayne Vinson.

We will be looking at the Jerry Sandusky and other sports related cases.

Wayne Vinson has just published his debut novel Tax Collectors And Other Sinners. It is a great read.

This week the team and panel will be continuing our discussion on Intellectual Property. There are two cases that we want to put under the microscope Capitol v Thomas, and UMG v Augusto. Both cases relate to the somewhat nebulous 1998 DMCA legislation.
