Fresh Hope for Mental Health is a weekly faith based podcast for those who have a mental health diagnosis. The purpose of Fresh Hope is to empower those who have a mental health diagnosis to live a full, rich, faith-filled life in spite of their diagnosis.Pastor Brad Hoefs is the host of the podcast. He is the founder of Fresh Hope Ministries (www.FreshHope.us) and author of Fresh Hope: Living Well in Spite of a Mental Health Diagnosis.

She is working towards being a Certified Mental Health Coach where she can provide short term peer counseling. She enjoys reading, swimming and writing, and published her memoire “The Label Doesn’t Define You: Using Mental Illness for God’s Glory”.
