All week we've been planning on a football show.  And then the basketball coach's search happened. It's been three weeks since Steve Donahue was fired, and the names and stories are running rampant.  With a borderline out of control rumor mill flying all over the place, we're choosing to go inside the lines and scrap our originally planned idea in favor of a new, basketball-centric show. Tune in tonight at 8 PM as we recap the last few weeks and the names who have come and gone through the rumor mill.  We'll try to dispel the coaching rumors, sift through all the stories that have happened, and hear your thoughts about the search Remember to call in at 646-200-0446 and have your voice heard!

It's the most wonderful time of the year - tourney time!  Boston College is "remaining home" for the NCAA Tournament as the #1 seed in the Northeast Regional for men's ice hockey.  They'll be playing this weekend in the first round of a bracket featuring three conference champions: Hockey East #2 seed and tournament champion UMass-Lowell, WCHA Champ Minnesota State, and NCHC champ Denver (the Eagles' first round opponent). We'll break down the matchup between Boston College and Denver, as well as the River Hawks and Mavericks, as we get set for the puck drop at the DCU Center.  The hockey boys are on tap, so get ready and be sure to call in and talk BC hockey! We'll also have updates from the men's basketball head coaching search for you, and we'll once again take your calls as we gear up to head to the spring season!

-The biggest issue going so far - Steve Donahue's firing and how the heck it took so long to get here.  CoachJF joins in the show for his first appearance in some time, and we'll talk about what led BC to get to this point.  We'll talk about the decision making process in the firing, and we'll talk about the next steps for BC. -Earlier this year, we talked about potential candidates for the spot.  But ultimately, we'll need to talk about what needs to happen for BC to get back on the right track and how long it'll take. -We'll also talk about the last week and what it presents for BC.  Yes, the Eagles reportedly fired their coach, but after a week of stories and inaction by the athletic department, what does that display?   -After what happened during football season, Brad Bates and the BC athletic department built up substantial amounts of goodwill.  The last week was indicative, though, of some cracks within the last week as it took the Eagles a long time to fire Donahue.  It manifested itself with soci

8:00 PM-8:20 PM: Beanpot. We're going to be talking about the fallout and impact of Monday's Beanpot first round.  BC plays BU this year in the first round, meaning history could be made when Harvard or Northeastern make a run at the first non-BC/BU title since 1993.  It's been 20 consecutive Beanpots won by either the Eagles or Terriers, and we'll be talking about the results and the games on Monday with a look into the future for next week's consolation game and final. We'll also discuss BC's stretch run.  After the Beanpot, it's straight through to the new Hockey East playoffs.  We'll start the process of getting you primed as the Eagles look to hunt down Minnesota for the top slot in the Pairwise Rankings. 8:20 PM-8:35 PM: National Signing Day.  It's one of the most fun days of the year.  High school kids choose a crisp hat and put it on their head as dreams of dancing their way to the national championship ring in their brains.  It's like the NFL Draft for college football in that every commit and ever
