After airing our program on Parental Alienation, we received an email from David Ball, a listener in Texas. His story sounded so horrible and unbelievable that Steve Peck decided to follow up by phone to hear his side of the story. David tells his story of how his relationship disintegrated into an ugly divorce, in which he ultimately had his daughter taken away from him by Child Protective Services (CPS). David feels he did nothing to warrant CPS and the court system taking his daughter away from him and feels his lawyers and the judge let him down in this case. He has been financially devastated from legal expenses but plans to save what he can and continue the fight to win back the daughter he loves.
