Sat Yoga is the ultimate love affair with God, and meditation is an act of love. If you wish to be free from the illusion, you must align with the divine, settle your karma through surrender, not suffering, and let Divine Love lift you out of maya and out of the matrix for infinity and eternity.

In this classic teaching, Shunyamurti uses the teaching of Saint Seraphim of Sarov, (a great Russian Saint), alongside other traditions, to reveal the true aim of spiritual seekers: To get out of ignorance and remember you are free, so you can pass through the illusion into the Ultimate Reality.
