A-Day has come and gone, and Jalen Hurts missed a golden opportunity to push himself forward as the starting quarterback for the team next season. Part of the problem was a really good defensive front that the Bama offensive line had to contend with this past weekend. At least Joseph Bulovas and Mac Jones looked like rock stars throughout the game this past Saturday. While the current team takes a break, the NFL Draft is on, and Alabama has a bunch of players that will hear their name called. Another scrimmage is in the books. Tua Tagovailoa couldn't play due to complications with his hand, but the other two QBs kept competing. One scrimmage down, two to go. The Alabama Crimson Tide football team went through their first scrimmage this past weekend, and the guys at BAMS had their ear to the ground trying to get whatever insight they could for listeners. The second scrimmage coming up this weekend should provide further clarity. One spot that will be watched with particular interest in the offensive line where one of the Tide's blue chippers has surprised William "Redfish" Barger with his struggles. Good season overall for the Alabama Crimson Tide men's basketball group. A thrilling few wins, and a buzzsaw of a squad in Villanova finished the season up for the team. No, Avery Johnson should not get fired. Luckily, for all of the armchair Steph Curry's within the Alabama fan base, there is football to discuss, and the natural order of things will be restored soon. Instead of calling for firing Avery Johnson, fans can get back to their normal, mundane lives wherein they question Nick Saban, and pat each other on the back for how much better they are at football coaching and evaluation than anyone within the program. Whew. After a 5 game losing streak where everything that seemingly could go wrong did, the Alabama Crimson Tide men's basketball team saved their best performances for when the chips were on the table. Nick Saban finished up his 2018 coaching staff with the addition of Craig Kuligowski to the staff coming over to coach defensive linemen. It's been hailed as a coup due to coach Kuligowski's pedigree developing first round draft picks at Missouri, as well as the steps that the defensive line took during his tenure at Miami. We also discuss how the staff is going to adjust to having Burton Burns move into an off field role with the program, and how Joe Pannunzio will be able to fulfill Burns's role moving forward. Another season, another title. This one, though, is sweet. After a wild series of injuries, as well as faltering QB play at times, Alabama won another one against the Georgia Bulldogs. The emergence of Tua Tagovailoa has made Drew DeArmond happy, and we'll discuss that and more with him, William "Redfish" Barger and Thomas Watts.

What a wild night in NoLa! The Alabama Crimson Tide destroyed a very good Clemson team 24-6. It was arguably the singularly most impressive win of the season. The Tigers simply had nothing for the Tide on the evening. The Tide's prize? A battle with SEC foe Georgia for all of the marbles. It's a BAD matchup for the Dawgs, and your crew of Drew DeArmond, William "Redfish" Barger and Thomas Watts have the breakdown of everything a Tide fan would want.

It has all come down to this. A big win against FSU. A crushing loss against Auburn. It all has come down to Alabama vs Clemson in the Sugar Bowl. A win catapults the Tide into another national championship, while a loss brings up big questions for this team in terms of both players and coaches. The Tigers are a tough opponent, and will require Bama's absolute best game to come out on top.
