With Al still on the injury list, semi-regulars Marcus Hancocks and Mark Brailsford joined Ady in the studio to have a long, satisfied chat about beating a poor Spurs side 3-0. 2009 Player of the Season Andy Whing, ahead of the Albion's clash with Aston Villa a week away, talked to Ady about his time here. New Chairman of the Brighton & Hove Albion Supporters' Club, Nigel Summers joined Ady & Al in the studio, along with long-term absentee Adam Virgo. We got through Newcastle, Villa, kids, diving, VAR, club membership, and load more besides. Shirt of the Week was impossible to get.

Levo joins Ady & Al in the studio for a mull over the Burnley game, a rant about VAR (not for the first time), and a look at a horrible shirt from the East. 

Al spoke to Albion manager Hope Powell and Ireland international Megan Connolly ahead the women's first home match of the season. Justin joined Ady and Al in the studio to chew over what was a very quiet week for the club, while Al had a small rant at people being rude to the kiosk staff at the Amex. Albion Women's Assistant Manager Amy Merricks spoke to Ady and Al about the upcoming Women's Super League season, and her targets and ambitions for the year ahead. We also hear from The Ugly Inside's Freddie Hunt on Southampton's start to the season. Shirt of the Week is a French/Portuguese affair...

Author, journalist and long-time Albion fan (52 years and counting), Nic Outterside joined Ady and Al in the studio to promote his new book 'Death In Grimsby'. We were also joined by Seagulls expat Alex Jones, now living in Toronto, where he is gathering a larger and larger cabal of Albion fans in Canada. Shirt of the Week has a fishy tale...

Listen to Andy talk about his new venture, plus the view of the panel on this week's club acquisitions, and a look ahead to the Watford game. Shirt of the Week is just plain weird.

New season, same band. Ady and Al are with Andy Bass and Marcus Hancocks to run the rule over the club's new signings ahead of the Valencia friendly.  We also have a go at pre-season predictions. In the 42nd and final Albion Roar of the 2018/19 season, Ady, Al, Andy Bass and Nick Szczepanik pay tribute to Bruno and to Chris Hughton, and look back at the 2018/19 season. Phil's Shirt of the Season is a Yorkshire throwback.

With the Albion guaranteed another season in the Premier League, Ady and Al chatted about the decent performance against Arsenal, while Ady himself chatted with Albion deputy chairman Paul Barber, and Manchester City podcast host David Mooney. Shirt of the Week had sausages on it.

Brighton's favourite luvvie-thesp-satirist joined Ady & Al in the studio to talk about the Newcastle game, Mark's fascinating insight into the common bonds between football and theatre, and to talk about his upcoming one-man play 'Gareth Southgate Ate My Credit Card'. Legendary former Albion frontman Peter Ward joined Ady & Al in the Open Market studio, along with Gary Jack, producer and performer in the one-man show 'He Shot, He Scored... It Must Be Peter Ward', taking place during the Brighton Fringe Festival. As well as talking about the show, Gary and Wardy talked about 1970s football, scoring goals for fun - and more prosaic matters like the Wolves and Spurs away matches. Shirt of the Week was from the Far East.

Andy Bass joined Al in the Kemp Town studio on a glorious sunny day which was in sharp contrast to the mood of Albion fans, ahead of the match against Wolves. We had a go at dissecting what has gone wrong, and how it an be put right. Nicely, of course. Phil's Shirt of the Week was disgusting.

First-time Roar guest, though long-time Albion supporter Nick Buckwell joined Ady and Al in the Open Market studio for his take on our first proper visit to Wembley for 28 years. Argus sports writer Brian Owen also joined in the discussion on the Manchester City game, and a look forward to the rest of the season. We also had show sponsor Phil Shelley on air from his vehicle as he announced the 100,000th shirt on oldfootballshirts.com, a nice little cricket-alike shirt from the Spanish fourth tier.

A packed studio of silliness glossed over the Southampton debacle and the more expected Chelsea defeat. And we looked forward with bated breath - and some trepidation - to our first FA Cup semi-final in 36 years. Albion deputy chairman Paul Barber joined us from Wembley for his and the club's take on the season. Phil's Shirt of the Week is from South America.

This week, we are joined once again by football finance boffin / egghead / guru / expert Kieran Maguire. Birmingham / Bolton and Blackpool's woes all discussed. As is Kieran's sharing of a dressing room with Wardy and Nelse. Ady had a chat with ooh, Gary Chivers ahead of the Chelsea match, and we also returned the compliment to The Ugly Inside the former fanzine, now video podcast of Southampton fan Freddie Hunt.

Until April 6, Graham Moseley is the only goalkeeper to have ever played for Brighton & Hove Albion in the FA Cup Semi-Final, though it wasn't HIS first Semi-Final. He joins Ady in talking about his time here, and that sweltering day at Highbury in 1983. We are also joined by Max Cooter, University Challenge winner and, more pertinently, multiple REMF Quiz winner, who had to watch the FA Cup Quarter Final in a house of split loyalties.
