A very wheezy John Baine, aka Attila The Stockbroker, arrived (a tad late) at the Open Market studio to join Al in chewing over his thoughts on how modern football was affecting his view on the Beautiful Game.

A dissapointing FA Cup defeat, Albion fan Steve Agace joined Ady & Al in the studio to contemplate the game, and consider far worse FA Cup exits. Plus Ady had a natter with James Wharton from The Toffee Blues podcast ahead of the match at Goodison Park. Shirt of the week really takes the biscuit

The first show of the new decade features band member Marcus joining Ady & Al in the studio to run the rule over the Christmas games, while ranting a lot about VAR, and praising the renaissance of Ali J. Former Albion full-back turned agent Peter Smith spoke about his time at the club, and the role of agents during the transfer window. More Double Dutch for shirt of the week.

The two middle-aged blokes reminisce - sorry, look back on - 2019, its downs and ups. And we look back at an incredible decade in the Albion's history, while Andy and Al offer their player of the decade, and their goal of the decade. Shirt of the Year is worth its accolade.

For the penultimate show of the year, film director and producer Louis Myles joined Ady & Al in a noisy Open Market to discuss the frustrations of the Palace game. Plus Louis, a former assistant producer on Match of the Day, gave a few insights as to how the programme works during the whole of Saturday. Also, BT Sport commissioned Louis for a new film - 'Stop The Tour' - to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the anti-apartheid protests against the 1970 South Africa rugby tour to England. Omnipresent football football finance expert Kieran Maguire joined Ady in the studio to mostly not talk about football finance. Matt Potter, Ady and Kieran discussed the Wolves game, and ran the rule over the best Albion midfielders of the 2010s. Shirt of the week left Ady and Matt giggling like schoolchildren.

On this week's Roar, Andy Bass comes in to discuss the Liverpool and Arsenal games, we discuss the best defenders of the 2010s, and we have a fabulous competition.  This week's show is dedicated to the memory of Tracey Allen, former director at Reverb, who sadly passed away this week. Tracey was a great source of encouragement and support for the show and a real live wire on all matters Reverb-related. In the wider community, she was a true champion of Brighton's volunteer sector, and well... a lovely person. Shirt of the week sent Ady Double Dutch.

Ady & Al were joined in the studio by a returning Jason Thackeray to discuss the Leicester City game, and who our favourite goalkeeper of the 2010s was. We were also joined by Neil Atkinson of Liverpool fans' podcast Neil Atkinson to discuss the upcoming game, and to comment on the David Duckenfield Hillsborough trial. Shirt of the Week was for Teenage Armchair Fans only.

The Argus' head sports writer swung by a noisy Open Market to talk about the season so far. We heard from a (pretty accurate) Leicester fan about their set up and lofty position, and we paid tribute to the Albion's Lewis Hammans. Shirt of the Week was from a city about which Phil Shelley could find nothing to piss him off.

Update: Chris Hammans and Seb Finch, coach and player respectively of the Albion Powerchair team, joined Al in the studio during the close season in 2017. With the sad passing of Lewis Hammans - Chris' son, and Seb's team-mate and friend - we are re-posting the show where both Chris and Seb talk affectionately and amusingly about Lewis, as well as how they became involved in Powerchair Football. We offer up this repeat to pay our tribute to Lewis. May he rest in peace.

With the Albion being part of an international brand, we wondered how far and wide the reach of the Roar was. So we asked a bloke in New Zealand, who was also a diplomat. We also welcome back Nick Szczepanik in to the studio to chew over the Man U game, and Lewis Dunk's further exclusion from the England squad. Shirt of the week comes from Africa.

Ady and Al were joined in the Kemp Town studio by writer Bradley Stratton to discuss the Norwich game. Ady spoke to former Albion and Man U striker Andy Ritchie, while Al went to the Amex for a quick natter with Hope Powell and Albion vice-captain Fliss Gibbons ahead of next week's Women's Super League weekend fixtures. Shirt of the week was a Midlands minger.

Ady & Al went to Albion Chairman Tony Bloom's offices in London to have an hour-long natter about his first 10 years at the helm. Tony talked about his taking over, his plans in 2009 and how they've changed constantly since. Plus he talks about the managers who've come and gone, and pays a special tribute to Chris Hughton. And he discusses his plans for the Albion to become a top 10 club in the Premier League. No Shirt of the Week this week - it's all Tony.

Show sponsor Phil Shelley of oldfootballshirts.com made a rare appearance in the Reverb studio at the Open Market, and was joined by long-time Albion fan Sean Pankhurst, who himself used to design Brighton & Hove Albion shirts for Nike. We were also joined by Gordon Drysdale, creator of the Brighton & Hove Albion Taxi game. Shirt of the Week was an inside out weird thing. The football shirt equivalent of the Pompidou Centre.

Albion Academy Manager John Morling joined Ady & Al in the Kemp Town studio to explain - among other things - how the Academy works, to talk about the pathway for the likes of Aaron Connolly and Steven Alzate from the U18s and U23s to the First Team, and lets us know of the impact of Dan Ashworth's arrival.

With Al still on the injury list, semi-regulars Marcus Hancocks and Mark Brailsford joined Ady in the studio to have a long, satisfied chat about beating a poor Spurs side 3-0. 2009 Player of the Season Andy Whing, ahead of the Albion's clash with Aston Villa a week away, talked to Ady about his time here. New Chairman of the Brighton & Hove Albion Supporters' Club, Nigel Summers joined Ady & Al in the studio, along with long-term absentee Adam Virgo. We got through Newcastle, Villa, kids, diving, VAR, club membership, and load more besides. Shirt of the Week was impossible to get.

Levo joins Ady & Al in the studio for a mull over the Burnley game, a rant about VAR (not for the first time), and a look at a horrible shirt from the East.
