Pangallo has more than 45 years in the media, joining Seven in 1994 for Real Life as Supervising Producer, before joining Today Tonight in 1995.

Professional eater Randy Santel provides an insight to Jodie & Soda on what it's like travelling the world tackling food challenges as he finishes his month-long trip Down Under in Adelaide. The US foodie has finished 30 competitive eating tasks in six cities. The challenges include a 16-patty burger, a 32-inch pizza and a 1.5kg bowl of ramen with 2.5 litres of broth, in a race against the clock. Randy started professional eating in 2010, finishing more than 500 challenges in 46 US states and 18 countries, earning him more than 300,000 YouTube followers.

Jodie sits down one on one with Mother Kirsty who experienced Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) when her daughter Kensi passed away the day before she was to turn 10months old. SIDS and Kids is dedicated to saving the lives or babies and children, they currently host 'Safe Sleep' information sessions for new and expectant parents. Soda was a little excited to catch up with Footy Legend Malcolm Blight after he was inducted in to the Australian Football Hall of Fame at a gala event at Adelaide Oval. Legendary player and coach Malcolm Blight, who led the Adelaide Crows to back-to-back flags in 1997 and 1998, was elevated to legend status during the ceremony.

Jodie was listening to Triple M's Rush Hour with Jars & Louie and couldn't believe the exclusive Jars revealed on the show. The Rush Hour Presenter Andrew Jarman told his co-host Louie that Port Adelaide Coach Ken Hinkley has dropped Jasper Pittard the only thing is that this was dropped earlier the same morning on Mix1023 by Mark 'Soda' Soderstrom. Soda "Jars is one of the greatest players with the Crows to ever play football look I've got to say he's impeccable with his sources he's so well connected..." Jodie "I'll out his source... when this was on Mix1023 8 hours earlier!" Could it be that Triple M's Jars is a fan of Mix1023 Jodie & Soda? He wouldn't be the only one on the rival station tuning in as Adelaide Crows Rory Sloane revealed recently he listens in instead of the rival station.

Jodie has worked for the TEN Network for 16 years and was sad to hear the news that Channel Ten has been forced to go into voluntary administration. "This news made me so sad because there is obviously a very special place in my heart for the TEN network and it's quite simply because of the people that work there" "I've been lucky enough to work in the local newsroom on and off for about 16years in that I've had the privilege of working with some incredibly people"

Iconic SA baker Vili Milisits and Social Media superstar and renowned Interior Designer Ellie Brown have partnered with SIDS and Kids SA to raise awareness of Red Nose Day. Ellie joins Jodie & Soda to talk about the new inspired red donuts being sold to raised money for SIDS and Kids SA's bereavement support service, providing a free counselling service for South Australians affected by the sudden death of a child for any reason from conception to six years of age. Soda recently had his mum Betts in town and he took her to the Adelaide Crows vs. St Kilda game at Adelaide Oval where she was star-struck by a Crows legend. Soda was lucky enough to be able to take his mum into the Crows rooms post-game where he introduced her to Crows legends Tony Modra but what she did next wasn't what Soda was expecting...

Jodie & Soda chat with Muay Thai fighter Marianne Valitutti who sent three invaders running for their lives when she caught them in her house unexpectedly. Ms Valitutti was feeling under the weather and decided to take a quick nap when the trio made their way into the luxurious property. "I was in bed asleep and one litter critter was in the wardrobe and woke me, when he turned around he was just as white as a sheep!" CCTV shows the seemingly young group preparing to ransack Mr Ramia's home before they were sent fleeing empty handed and running frantically from the Muay Thai fighter.

AFL Footy Legend Neale Daniher has revealed his battle with deadly motor neurone disease and plans to dedicate what remains of his life educating the public about the condition.
