A Flash in the Pan: A Sacred Trust Audio Shortcast In this episode “A Flash in the Pan” we find our heroes engaged in their first act of civil disobedience to stop the power line: A plan to “creatively re-park” the vehicles of investors in the proposal from the valet lot at the Balsams to an opening on Big Island in the middle of Lake Umbagog. Herbert, driving a massive car carrier “running dark” along the road to the hotel finds himself headed right toward a car being driven by a texting Cindy Fallon who has drifted across the centerline of Rte 16. He faces a choice between risking an innocent life and exposing himself and the Trust.
