Welcome to Buy The Beach! Im Winston Cenac, head broker at Bulldog Realtors in sunny Venice Beach, CA. Weve got 65 agents, my bulldog Sam, and weve been selling real estate by beach for over 20 years. Our last mega-million sale was to a member of the Kuwaiti royal family - at least thats what he said - but I believe him because he ended up ordering a $15,000 doghouse! Other former clients? How about a well-known porn star who brought her astrologer to help make her decision, a hip hop meth distributor who kept chickens (he was busted before escrow closed!), or how about the apartment complex from The Big Lebowski? No doubt, there is something about the beach that iscalming - maybe thats why it attracts crazy people! But it attracts people like you and me as well.
