Be The Evidence

We're in the middle of a changing of eras. Now's the time to set your intention to reach past what you previously thought possible in the coming year. You don't need outside validation. You need only to believe in your capacity to try new ways of being.

We've got more forward movement in the changing of eras. Right now, it's important to diligently and thoroughly clear out as much residual suffering as you can so that you're open to the acceleration of experimentation and the opening up consciousness in the coming months.

There's something uncomfortable to shadowy you need to face. It's getting in the way of worthiness, honesty, and the next phase of your life.

In a major changing of eras, it's imperative that we clean and heal as we go, be willing to leave behind what has become too heavy to carry forward, and trust that the unfolding is happening how it needs to.

To get into the flow of your future forward frequency, you'll have to interrupt energetic loops that keep you habituated in obsolete ways of being.

You'll need to purge, release, dissolve obsolete energies and circumstances that are too dense for your continued growth. Heart based centeredness and bravery in facing what needs to be faced gets you there.

Fully embodied presence allows you to see the way through and solve the issues in reality. The rendering of a new reality can be loud and confusing, but you need not get swept up in it. You can be here all the way and participate in the changing of eras.

Reality shifting starts with an inside job of clearing out your own energy; releasing residual hurts that are blocking you from seeing what you want to experience and how you want to feel in your life going forward.

Radical presence, fully integrated in the body and the current moment, allows you to let go of baggage that's become burdensome to carry any further. Your experience of reality is changing rapidly and in ways you could not have predicted. You're here for it - you're leading with discovery over fear - through embodied presence.

There will be old habits, relationships, perceptions, ideas that won't make the cut. Be willing to let them go freely so that you can let in new energies that match your growth.

Presence and bravery in experimenting with new ways of being opens up your experience of evolving and growing in real time. The unfolding unknown can be overwhelming, but we keep walking through it together. No one is doing this alone and that's a really great thing. 

During a rapidly evolving time of our existence, it's an important skill to take responsibility to how we're responding to the unknown and vulnerability. To lead with balance, centeredness, and the courage to experiment in new ways of being, we have to be disciplined about regulating our nervous system while clearing out the residue of our habituations and obsolete presumptions.

Regulating your energy into a higher frequency, training your ego to act on behalf of vision rather than fear-based reactivity, knowing you have self agency in your life and the world around you - these are ways we open up in brave vulnerability to try new directions and experiment with future forward ways of being. 

Rogue energy coming from ego based pride, fear of the unknown, and resistance to change is causing conflict and turbulence. Keep focusing on clearing out your own energetic field so that you're not responding with reactivity. Right now, we need brave vulnerability to try new ways of being. We need each other.

More information, pattern recognition, experimentation, discovery, curiosity are all quickening to propel our growth into a new era of life. You are adaptable and teachable. 

Shadows that find you now need to be faced to liberate you out of a lower state of suffering and into a higher state of experimentation and new ways of being. Be brave, thorough, and efficient in what's coming up to the surface. It's in your best interest to get it thoroughly cleaned out so that you can move on.

There's likely an edge to something you need to face about boundaries, self worth, and quality of life. Don't look away and you'll see how to get to an abundance upgrade.

The continuing process of our humanness requires the willingness of our upgrading, empowered egos to cooperate with leading through vision, harmony, centeredness, fairness, and flow. This is how we experiment with new ways of being going forward without the loops of suffering holding us back.

The turbulence of evolving our human consciousness is rough. We stick with it, though, because the opening of our perception is irreversible. Oneness is knowing Itself through our discovery.

The reality you're looking at was created at a different time, in a different frequency. You'll see evidence of it not longer being supportive, fracturing, and presenting a void where growth is overdue. The way through is in your healing out of suffering and into the empowerment of alignment with harmony, flow, and a new era in quality of life.
