Summer is just around the corner and once the BBQ´s start and you can smell it, then you know that its here to stay, at least for a while. We decided to use this as an inspiration and found some very good tunes for these kind of evenings. From prepping, to friends or family meeting up, to getting a bit tipsy and flirty or just lovable in general, to sum it up, to these beautiful summer days and nights. Cheers.

We made it back to the studio after weeks of it being closed and we had some time to process what we are all going through. We wanted to bring back the music the way we know we can. We selected some of our favourite artist that just recently released their singles or albums after laying low for some time and it is just a pleasure to listen to. We hope you enjoy it too and now you have something to look forward to.

In this episode we have selected two artists that we are listening to right now and that are different but yet alike. They have the same influences and inspirations but one is from the US and the other one from the UK. It is old school, new school and just very very good. Enjoy!

We wanted to honor the late J Dilla who past some years ago in February, he is the king of samples and the MPC3000. There are a few words that can describe and make his music justice and its amazing to see how his legacy lives on and will live on for ever. Enjoy our selection of J Dilla tunes and inspirations.

Claire is back in the studio and we decide to bring some more sunny vibes to brighten up these darker Northern European months. Afro latin rythms is a mix between afro beats and reggaetón.

Claire is still traveling and I decided to track and note down the music that i come across through experience or is shared with me, during one week. It was very difficult to narrow this down to this episodes selection but I like the stories. Hope you enjoy it too!

Spending Christmas with our family we decided to let our brothers curate the first episode of 2020 and kick off this year with their impeccable and diverse taste in music. They inspire us a lot and we hope that the next time we can have them live with us in the studio. Check out classic hip hop, new southern soul and much more. it is grey and dark outside and even though the xmas lights light up our surroundings we still think a moment of Venice Beach, listening to some nice tunes is just what we all need.
