At his heaviest, Mac weighed 530lbs.
Through relentless effort, and sharing his fears, struggles and triumphs with others, he lost an amazing 300lbs and inspired thousands of people across the country with his extraordinary adventures.
Sadly, he would regain 250lbs in the ensuing years.
