Our series is Jesus Is. Each week we look at a different way that we look at Jesus. The message for today is “Jesus is a Prophet” and is a look at Transfiguration Sunday. What is a prophet? What is the importance of Moses and Elijah? Is Jesus a prophet? What would that mean about Christ? Jesus is many things for all of us. Our scripture reading for today comes from Mark 9:2-9.
