It’s honestly just grinding it out year after year.” Today we have Jessica Oei who is a Full-Stack Web Developer. She was in a rut, and feeling directionless in life. Most of her jobs had been temporary office jobs, and she couldn’t seem to find her way out. By chance, she ended up in a data entry job off of Craigslist. Along with the data entry, they trained her in some programming. Almost seven years later, she can look back at her past self and see how far she’s come. From getting over the hump of feeling incredibly inadequate and terrified of being “found out”, to feeling confident that she has the skills to learn anything new that she put her mind to.
