Sisters In Crime

Shauna Howe was an 11 year old girl from Oil City, PA. She was a shy blue-eyed brunette who was looking forward to spending the evening of October 27th with her girl scout troop dressed up in her gymnast costume. Oil City is located about an hour and a half north, northeast of Pittsburgh and had a population of just under 12,000 people in 1992. On the evening of October 27th, 1992 she was walking home from a girl scouts Halloween party with her best friend. Her friend offers to walk her the extra block home but Shauna decides to continue on her own. That would be the last time that anyone saw Shauna Howe alive.
