In this episode I had the privilege of interviewing Charles Botensten, who you may recognize from several Bravo hit real estate show appearances. He is the Owner and Founder of Botensten Properties International, a prominent real estate brokerage firm based in New York City. He talks about how he was never a good student, and many thought he was in his way to failure. Yet, by following his gut, his passion, and by knowing what he DIDN’T want out of life, he was able to carve out his own path to success.
