Techniq.io takes on the end of summer w/ Celia Courtright who is currently an Engineering Manager @ Chewy right here in Boston. Celia graciously gave us a few hours of her time to discuss everything from from "hardcore" VAX Gaming to the Enigma [of Culture] & retention in tech teams.
