Today's lesson is all about everything but winning. Winning is paradoxical. Yet humans are paradoxical too. We know we shouldn't think about losing, but we can't help thinking about it. But why is it that if we want to win, the more we should stop thinking about winning?   What you will learn today is a mix of mental toughness and mindfulness based on Nick Saban's "process focus" mentality. Where mental toughness is about bearing the day to day grinding, mindfulness is to be in the present moment. I've learned to realise that these two are intertwining skills that are not only useful in sports but to enjoy life as well.   Want to know more?
