This week we're talking to my mentor, Clayton Gits, the Owner of Mission Realty in Richmond, VA. This man has taught me so much about building a successful BUSINESS that doesn't need you for it to run. He and his team of 28 agents are doing $100+ million in real estate sales per year, and he personally only works 2 hours per week overseeing the business. Crazy! Clayton was awesome enough to lay out his blueprint for Realtors to follow and do the same. Clayton Gits also owns a mortgage company, title company, property management company, real estate investment trust, and a few other businesses.
