Daniel N. Jones is an Associate Professor of Management in the College of Business at the University of Nevada Reno (UNR) and core faculty within the Interdisciplinary Social Psychology Program. How do the Dark Triad traits differ in business settings? Why would anyone ever hire someone like this? What are the situations that make such individuals behave worse or better? What types of screening tools or questions can we ask to identify these types of people? How can we best protect ourselves from these types of people at work? Daniel Jones Daniel N.
