Synopsis

For the past month, I’ve been feeling a lack of inspiration, and when that feeling comes up, shortly after the feelings of unworthiness and not being good enough pop their heads back in the picture. It brings back glimpses of the crushing anxiety that I once faced. I knew it was time to start bringing the joy back into my routine (did I mention how much I love routine?).   So I decided to enlist the help of a coach.
