Adrienne and I am a Health and Fitness Coach. I help women 35+ look and feel amazing through sustainable fitness, nutrition, and healthy habits. I got serious about my health and fitness journey 9 years ago when I was 30lbs overweight and faced going on high blood pressure medication due to my unhealthy lifestyle. This scared me as my father had passed at an early age due to his struggle with it. Instead of the mindset “What can I take?” I focused on “What can I do”. Through education, dedication and drive, I was able to shed that excess weight and get my health back. This journey was far from easy, but it made me realize my passion for helping others who struggle as well.
