I'm BACKKKKK! Wow guys. I needed that break! I just took the month of August off from this Podcast and a few other 'business' activities to spend that time on resting and relaxing. And boy do I feel amazing!! I'm going to share my personal story of why I needed a break, and let you in on how I've 'come back' from my slow down without killing myself in the process. 1.
