Busiest OCR weekend in 3 months!! Jacksonville Spartan happened! 3 races- and we bring you 3 interviews to talk about it! Jacob and Leah welcome our friend Yancy Culp back to discuss the first ever Deka mile! Then, we speak with OCR athlete and fellow podcaster, Scott Knowles who ran the trail race and the Sprint! Lastly, we pick the brains of the man behind the curtain, Mr. Garfield Griffiths- who gives us some insight on some behind the scenes decisions! Week by week we’re all learning as we go- and we’re hoping that this is the beginning of more to come!

Jacob opens up this week about his second brush with death this year when he developed the infamous Rhabdo after going all out on the Murph workout. But what exactly IS Rhabdo? How serious is it? We invited Harvard doc and Spartan Pro- Dr. Rebecca Hammond to the Supercast to educate us all!
