Mary and I met a few weeks ago and had a virtual podcast session. I was looking for answers to so many questions I had. I was wondering if I was alone or if other people were going through the same thing. As this is called the Attacking Anxiety Podcast, I had to take a step back from everything to question my fundamentals. I had to do this for something other than myself. I realized a lot of the things I don't want to do in life are the things people like watching me do. Like... talking to a complete stranger for 2 hours whilst asking the deepest questions. That's just who I am. I don't wanna know how your day is. I wanna what you are doing with the time you have been blessed with! Most people are surface individuals. Meaning, they aren't able to have deep conversations point-blank. "Scratching the Surface." There's nothing wrong with that, and with time you can improve. A story about My Final Hours With The Most Hard Working Mentor I Had. My mom passed in 2017. I was holding her hand while we were sleeping. The clock was at 7:30 and I had to use the bathroom. When I let go of my mom's hand, I checked to see if she was breathing and if she is still alive. I saw that she was barely hanging on a thread of grace. I was gone for no more than two minutes. I heard my aunt scream and that's when I knew. I told this story because mother's day, one day is going to feel like this. I want you to understand the process and that it's okay to take your time to grieve. But all the more while your mom is here, live with her to the fullest. S3. E7. Stop Anxiety with The Peter Pan Effect The Peter Pan Effect is a method of stopping or preventing or getting through an anxiety/panic attack. It is not backed by science whatsoever. It is something I found to help me get through panic attacks. When the feeling comes, try to think of a happy thought. If you ever watched the movie Hook, I'm basically referencing the situation with Peter Pan. From a psychoanalytical perspective, the only way he could fly was to remember a happy thought. But it must be powerful enough and meaningful, in order for him to fly.  With your anxiety or worry, I want you to do the same thing. I'm not saying you're gonna fly obviously. But you might fly through your trials. You might look more fly. And most importantly, you learn how to train your mind. It's going to take time. Just keep trying. A story of being young dumb and in love. When we're younger, it's funny to even think we understood what love was. I always thought love was this feeling you get when you're with that person. You know like butterflies and all that corny stuff. I always thought that was love. The heart is deceitful though. We likely are more in love with the feeling than we are in love with a person. Let me explain that. We often confuse love and lust. Lust is just as strong as love. Just as love means letting go. Finding out if you're in love with a person or you're in love with how that person makes you feel are two totally different things. First off, define love? That's subjective. Sometimes I Love You, Sometimes I Hate You. It takes years to fully love someone. Most of the time we're only in love with how they make us feel. It takes time and true struggle, to see if you really have love. For love is unconditional. It is not petty. It is mature. It is private. Love is the reason we have life. And love is what brings more l

You'll live longer and you'll attract more abundance in your life.  This is a concept I learned from a chapter in the book "Power VS Force"  The more you force something, the less it wants you.  The more power you have over anything keeps you in control.  You have the power to laugh at your mistakes. Christina Dacera was laid to rest on January 10th, 2021. Sadly, nine days after she passed away. She worked as a flight attendant for Philippine Air Lines. She was young. Just 23 years old. She suffered a ruptured aortic aneurysm. The time leading to her death was suspicious. She was at a hotel in Makati City, celebrating New Year's Eve with a few friends.
