Today I started the day off tidying up, drinking two satchets of IASO tea in one (lemon + raspberry) and deciding to no longer allow petty grievances and problems to stand in my way and prevent me from creating the life I imagine and desire for myself.

Shame is a loss of esteem, respect or dignity. It’s a useless emotion. Let’s drop it.
