    28/06/2018 Duration: 10min

In this episode I talk about the day I was in complete alignment with my highest and best self and what that was like. I also teach how to make difficult decisions.  Do you make decisions based on your current circumstance or do you make decisions out of possibility?  When you make decisions out of where you are today, you make it out of fear. When you align with your highest and best self you make the decision out of possibility!  Doing this will help guide you to the right answers and not second guess yourself.  If you are feeling stuck in life just know the answers are inside of you, however we block them from ourselves by living in the fear of right now and chalk it up to being stuck.  Join me and let's discuss!

  • CR Episode #1: How I became a Corporate Refugee

    17/05/2018 Duration: 13min

In this first episode I share my story of why I wanted to leave a successful 13-year corporate career and become an entrepreneur.  I worked really hard to grow a successful career, get promotions and increase my paycheck. However, working for someone else means you are not in charge of your paycheck no matter what.  November 16th, 2017 I made the monumental decision to leave my corporate career and become the Corporate Refugee.  I now teach women how to re-discover themselves and successfully transition out of their day job to be an entrepreneur.  It's not easy, it's work...hard work, but it's the most rewarding work you can ever do.  This episode sets the foundation for future shows where I will interview women who left their jobs voluntarily or involuntarily to be a support system for those women who want the same for their life.  It will be real, raw and uncensored.  We will talk about the hustle, tears, and personal pride of launching your own business.
