In the season premiere of The Flash Podcast, Andy Behbakht, Adam Holmes and new co-host Scott Murray (Host of Assembly of Geeks) reviews the series premiere of CW's new anticipated show The Flash, the spin-off from Arrow, which begins the origin story of Barry Allen as he becomes the fastest man alive. They also discuss some Flash news with the first look of Wenthworth Miller as Captain Cold as well as a tease of Reverse-Flash. Before they head into the spoiler/speculation section for next week's episode, they take time to read some listener feedback about the pilot.

Welcome to the Season Zero Finale of The Flash Podcast! On the podcast's 40th episode, Andy and Adam have a look back on Season Zero including thanking all the guests who have appeared, their favorite Flash announcements and what is coming up for The Flash's first season. Welcome back to The Flash Podcast! On this episode, Andy and Adam do something a little bit different where instead of just talking about The Flash: they discuss everything that is DC Television! They kick off the discussion by reviewing the Gotham pilot over at FOX that aired just a few days ago, be aware of spoilers. They also discuss the recent casting news for Arrow and Constantine before moving on to Flash related news where they talk about a certain character that is coming to the show later this season. They also talk about CW ordering three more scripts for The Flash. But that's not all as they also discuss DC TV projects that are in development right now which is the Supergirl series over at CBS as well as Teen Titans over at TNT. Towards the end of the episode, they start discussing whether Titans should be connected to Arrow and The Flash.

This time, he joins Andy to do a character spotlight about a DC villain that isn't a Flash character per say, but someone who will be part of the new series: Bette San Souci aka Plastique! Throughout the discussion, they go through Bette's comic book history, her connections with Firestorm and her appearances in the media from Justice League: Unlimited to Smallville. In addition, they also speculate what the new The Flash TV show has in store for her as Bette/Plastique will be making her first appearance in episode 5, played by Kelly Frye. They also discuss some recent Flash and Arrow casting news that came out last week as Amanda Pays, who played Dr. Tina McGee in the 1990's The Flash, will be playing the same character on the new Flash show while Spartacus's Nick Tarabay is joining Arrow as Flash rogue, Captain Boomerang!

This time he joins Andy to talk about another Rogue member and it's none other than Mirror Master! Throughout the discussion, they discuss the comic book history of both Sam Scudder (the first Mirror Master) as well as Evan McCulloch, the New 52 version of Scudder as well as Mirror Master's appearances in the media. In addition, they speculate how Mirror Master is going to be portrayed on The Flash.
