Not obsessively like Tom Bilyeu and co might recommend, but In healthy amounts to introspect and talk mindfully to that inner soul! Then we can share our Flow together!

Flow over the Fears & Connect is a matter of talking out fears to someone a soul mate, a relationship partner, a professional and even a consultant like me;)! Gedale Fenster put it well from Dr Twerski the importance of mind ruling over emotions and puting the emotions in the correct context! Talking your fears out to G-d, to yourself and meditational mindfullness are all huge tools to serenity. The key is to flow towards a time to disconnect from technology to reconnect to our positive soulful voice!
