    08/08/2023 Duration: 16min

Welcome to this week's podcast episode, where it's just me sharing my thoughts and recent experiences about how organisations expect things to go versus how things actually happen on the ground. Ever wonder why there's sometimes a gap between what leaders want and what actually takes place? Are leaders really clear about what they want from their team and how they want guests to feel, or is everyone left to figure it out on their own? In this episode, we're going to dig into this topic. We'll talk about why things don't always match up, and we'll explore whether leaders are doing a good job explaining their plans to the team or if there's a bit of confusion in the mix. Join me as we unravel the mystery of expectations and experiences in the world of organisations.
