Hedva Barenholtz Levy, PharmD, BCPS, BCGP founded HbL PharmaConsulting in 1995 to promote the safe and effective use of medications among all persons, but particularly with a focus on older adults. She is actively involved in educating patients, caregivers, senior service providers and other professionals, both locally and nationally, about medication use issues and other pharmacotherapy topics.

We’ve all see the commercials on tv regarding Medicare, how complicated it is, how many options there are & the importance of having the RIGHT Medicare plan for your health care needs but how do you pick the right plan? What are the options for your situation. Today I speak with Amy Kokoles, a Medicare counselor For The Apprise Program, nationally known as SHIP, which is comprised of health insurance counselors that help you understand your health insurance options.
