Trent and Ken start off the show talking about the story of Urban Meyer at Ohio State and a possible cover up of domestic violence. Then, David Kaplan stops in to talk Cubs and Bears and Dylan Montz speculates on the press conference for Jamie Pollard and Matt Campbell at Iowa State.

Hour 2 starts up with a look around football as Ken is excited for Canadian football with Johnny Football, Trent takes a look at the upcoming high school season, then Mitch Holthus talks Chiefs and Eric Berry off his injury from a year ago and Dr. Steven Fuller talks AAU before another edition of the Hawkeye Swarm.

Ken and Trent open up the show with the latest on Iowa football with Brandon Snyder leaving the program to go to South Dakota State and Tristan Wirfs getting a one game suspension. John Walters, the Voice of Iowa State stops in to talk with the guys about the upcoming football season, reasons for excitement and reasons to be a bit more tepid and then a hit on Roberto Osuna going to the Astros and his domestic violence charge.

Hour 2 begins with some more Iowa football talk and another name being rumored, The Voice of the Chiefs, Mitch Holthus stops in and talks Patrick Mahomes and Chris Level on the Big 12.

Ken and Trent being the hour with a conversation on the MLB Hall of Fame inductees, Dylan Montz drops by to talk Cyclones including a new basketball commitment and Bama Bob with a look around college football.

The boys begin the show with plenty on baseball from the night including the Cubs walk off and the Twins holding on.
