It’s time for our annual Over/Under recap episode plus a lengthy account of the guys’ trip to the Chicago Sports Spectacular card show in Rosemont, IL! We discover it was truly a tale of two seasons for the Cubs, the Brewers seem to have a murky future ahead, and we keep meeting weirdos at the bus when graphing. Jack and Jeremy also detail their experience getting Cecil Fielder’s autograph at the card show plus meeting an awesome grapher who had a table set up and hearing some of his war stories autograph hunting! Plus, stay tuned for Jeremy’s account of spotting a podcast favorite on his solo trip to the card show later that weekend. Great times in this ep, enjoy!

Jack and Jeremy convene for a special emergency minisode to discuss the hiring of Craig Counsell, the firing of David Ross, and the fallout of the move and graphing implications!

In light of the World Series, Jack and Jeremy run down a list of deadline trade acquisitions who would go on to win the World Series with their new club. Some bums jumped on the bandwagon of a really good team, some guys you forgot about, and just a few guys who actually made the difference for a team winning it all.

The time has come for our 2nd Annual Bus Awards! Who will be named Best Ally, Biggest A-hole, and Worst Snub? Tune in to find out! The ep is always a great way to revisit some of the great and agonizing moments graphing from this past season!

The last game of the year has Jack and Jeremy at Wrigley back to their old graphing ways, a continuation of the Pirates series really. The guys were on Kris Bryant watch and end up getting a ton of Rockies instead. The big story of this episode - the Gray Grapher is back and opens up in his own way to the guys. It's a jam-packed ending to the 2023 season of baseball and graphing. Many autos are obtained, a few snubs occur, and one player gets startled out of his jock strap by the Gray Grapher's booming autograph call!

The RDT boys head down to G-Rate Field for one last White Sox game of the season...luckily they sit by an old bonehead and his ma - he thinks Justin Fields blows! The guys also graph the entire Cubs/Pirates series and have a run in with another guy who blows, but it's NOT Justin Fields. An idiot has a message for Derek Shelton, Ji-hwan Bae disses Jack and Jeremy, there's goofballs at the Cubs lot, and Big Shawty returns! A lot going on here - tune in!

Jack and Jeremy collectively cover the entire Cubs/DBacks series without actually attending a game together. Lots of autographs were attained, but the Gray Grapher casts his crusty, sourpuss pallor over most of the weekend. Mike Fetters captures the guys' focus as he plays hard to get, Bob Brenly eludes, a Cubs bus driver disses Tony Perezchica, and restaurant tips are offered to players (and rejected!). There's a lot going on in this marathon episode - friends, weirdos, and Josh makes a cameo.

The stakes have never been higher (on the field, at least) as Jack and Jeremy recap the Brewers vs Cubs game from Monday, August 28 at Wrigley Field. It was WWE night at the park, and in addition to getting another Stone Cold Stunner from Craig Counsell at the bus, the guys dole out their usual sage parenting advice, have a run in with a Sigmund Freud lookalike, and encounter the most baffling custom jersey they’ve seen since, well, the last White Sox game they went to. Rain Delay 3:16 says, “Give this one a listen!”

After some time off, the guys are back with their recap of the Cubs/Royals game. This one is headlined by some pre-game graphing with Dennis (AKA: The Gray Grapher). Dennis is a cut up with the grapher boys down the line, but will he actually help anyone get an auto? We also have some altercations with bees, the Air & Water show is in town, and Jeremy gets crushed by a loud, idiot Royals fan by the bus and Jack suffers the consequences. Also, Jack and Jeremy give some tidbits from the Cubs/White Sox bus hang with some Sox-related run-ins!

Jack and Jeremy travel back to G-Rate Field to see the lowly White Sox taking on the equally lowly Yankees. The guys run into trouble before they even step foot inside the stadium when they have an altercation at the front gate with their tickets getting scanned. They chat it up with some Yankees nerds. And we also get our first loudmouth Sox fan this season. Hear all about the inane things he yelled at the game. Somewhere in there Jeremy also goes on a rant about people touching his phone. Enjoy!

This week, we bring you a collection of various events over the past few weeks in the lives of Rain Delay Theater. First, the guys discuss a special PSA card grading company event they attended the weekend of the National Sports Collectors Convention - it was a fancy affair that left the guys possibly underdressed but overfed. Next, we hear about Jeremy’s experience with Andre Dawson at the National as well as an additional autograph signing with former 70s pitcher, Buzz Capra. From there, the guys unite to graph at the Reds bus during their trip to Wrigley. Over the series, the guys attended all the games but separately. Several HUGE autographs were obtained and two new smash hit characters are introduced, so listen in to find out who! Jack and Jeremy both talk about their separate experiences with the Braves series and Jeremy talks about driving up to Milwaukee to see the Crew/Rox game. And a key auto was obtained there as well. Lots to discuss, so tune in and hear it all for yourself!

We did the whole damn series! Jack and Jeremy attend one Nats/Cubs game and then come back the next two nights and do the bus! The entire experience is overshadowed by the high school Nats fan, returning from last year - this time 1000% more annoying, privileged, and horrible! Tune in to hear his exploits over a three day period. Also, listen to find out what Nats player/coach had Jack and Jeremy coming back all three nights to get his auto. Just before the All-Star break, Jack and Jeremy head down to the White Sox for a quick game vs. the Cardinals. The guys try to graph, they run into some classic White Sox goofballs, and they actually see a competitive game? Find out who signs, find out who gets a Heater dog, and find out which crusty grapher the guys run into!

This week we have more fans in the aisles, some know-it-alls explaining quality starts, and a little kid who forced multiple people to kick some beers. But the big story is who the guys meet down by the bus...another HOFer...?...or maybe someone who some think should be in the HOF...? Tune in to find out!

Minor League Baseball is back on Rain Delay Theater as the guys drive up to Beloit, Wisconsin to see the Sky Carp take on the River Bandits! Lots of top draft picks and prospects in this one - see which ones Jack and Jeremy get, get twice, have to jump through hoops to get, or miss totally. There are a fair share of oddball fans, workers, and graphers met in this ep! And, as always, Poopsie is my wingman!

Get ready for another marathon (or normal, at this point) episode from the RDT guys as Jack and Jeremy take in two Cubs games vs. the Pirates and Orioles. A lot of autographs, a lot of weirdos and oddballs, and a lot of 6-run 6th innings for the Cubs! The guys sit next to a guy who may be in the Big Lebowski-verse, Jeremy throws a major Hail Mary to land a super vet on the Pirates, and the guys make Adley Rutschman laugh! We run back into Dennis, the Gray Grapher, who chastises Jeremy. A guy who was totally dumped on by the pod is graphed. And we meet a true bonehead who somehow missed Miguel Amaya and can't accept it - one of the truly funniest things to happen during our graphing sessions. Settle in and enjoy another mammoth ep!

So episode 200 came and went, but the guys wanted to go back and commemorate #200 in some way...so they just name 200 former and current baseball players. Most are actually named conversationally, so we do get a lot of random, scattered baseball talk throughout. We meet a new sourpuss grapher, a drunk hobbit, and an Irish concession gatekeeper. It was a frenzy down at the Reds bus and a star-studded Mets hang. For the first time in 2023, Jack and Jeremy take in a White Sox game together. This was a weekday afternoon tilt between the Southsiders and the Cleveland Guardians - talk about low profile. Will there be enough weirdos in the stands for the guys to talk about? Will Jack and Jeremy be able to get any autos inside the stadium? Will the White Sox find a way to sadly lose this game? We know the answer to at least two of those...but still tune in to find out for yourself!

Jack and Jeremy bring you a minisode in this latest installment of the pod.
