I've had many ascension energy experiences. Recently I just experienced a massive wave of energy that was very intense and challenging to integrate in the moment.  I knew it would pass like it always does, but in the meantime I was inspired to do a podcast during the experience of waves of energy moving through me. I would describe the experience as a natural high where ONENESS starts to kick in. You feel at one with everything. From the elementals to the people and all the energies in between. Particles expand and contract and you can often feel somewhere in the in-between. I had so much to do that day, more then usual in-fact. The Spiritual side of depression-in this episode we discuss how depression is also a very real side effect of the awakening process, how that looks in the body and how having a different perspective, in regards to mental health, can actually bring so much relief and acceptance to some very real and often heavy emotions. We discuss how energy healing can help the recovery process. This conversation is important on many levels as it is revealed how we have been deceived with devices called safe only to find out that it could compromise your life. We are entering an age where implants of all kind are being pushed as normal, safe, helpful. We are also about to be introduced to transhumism involving new devices to be implanted into our bodies. We need to start questing and rethinking the way we approach our organic bodies. The road to recovery starts in accepting and honoring your organic vessel as divine.
