At the age of 14, Cody and a friend decided to start a hosting company. After losing his parents, going into foster care, starting and selling companies and authoring a book - Cody now has Support Ninja offering backend support for startups.  Based in the Philippines, Cody tells us how he manages his remote team with intentional culture.
